Mode follows the work, not the contract. A practice can move to a different mode in a future billing cycle when its actual workflow changes.

If a plan plus add-ons would cost more than the next plan up, the lower applicable plan price is used. You are never penalised for staying put.

If a plan plus add-ons would cost more than the next plan, we charge the lower applicable plan price. You don't have to watch the meter.
Only newly created claim records count. Corrections, rejected-claim resubmissions and repeated transmissions do not count again.
Claims that remain open and receive documented follow-up activity during the month. Closed or archived claims do not count.
One eligibility or claim-status request equals one inquiry. Responses and automatic technical retries do not count again.
Claims, follow-up claims, inquiries and Tax IDs are measured separately per practice and are not pooled between practices.
No surprise charge. If a limit is exceeded in two of any three consecutive months, the add-on or appropriate plan starts the next cycle.
Practice billing begins at production activation. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Production activity stops and the recurring charge ends from the next billing cycle, when archival is requested before the current cycle closes. Read-only historical access is $10 per month for as long as you need it. If you don't retain read-only access, a standard data export is provided within 90 days of archival, after which the practice data is permanently deleted. A practice reactivated within 12 months is not charged a new onboarding fee.
